Dr Peter Vorster

Peter was born in South Africa, grew up in New Zealand, and now calls Australia home. He graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic alongside Sasha and brings a strong movement-based, performance-informed approach to care.

A devoted father of two, Peter values health and physical capacity as essential to keeping up with family life. His background in professional mixed martial arts continues to shape how he approaches spinal health, movement efficiency, recovery, and nervous system function.

Peter trains regularly and is known for explaining complex concepts in a clear, approachable way. He connects easily with children and families, creating a calm, supportive environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and understood.

Together, Sasha and Peter remain committed to ongoing education and professional development, ensuring their care reflects current research and sound clinical reasoning.

Dr Sasha Vorster

Sasha is a Canadian-born chiropractor and a graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, an internationally recognised institution with a strong focus on neurological and structural health.

After graduating, Sasha and her husband Peter worked across remote and rural areas throughout Australia, supporting communities with limited access to healthcare. These experiences shaped their commitment to accessible, community-centred care.

Sasha is a mother of two energetic, always-on-the-move children who keep life active and full. Parenting active kids has strengthened her appreciation for functional health, resilience, and the importance of supporting the body through every stage of life.

She has an extensive athletic background including basketball, soccer, rugby union, and indoor sports, and continues to train regularly.

Movement and strength are central to her lifestyle, supporting her ability to care for her family, stay present, and fully engage in life.

Sasha’s care style is thoughtful, educational, and wellness-focused. She is passionate about helping individuals and families understand their bodies, support nervous system function, and build sustainable long-term health.
